This option is intended to protect customers whose electric service is included with their rental payment. The agreement protects the tenant from disconnection if the landlord is subject to disconnection due to nonpayment. While Entergy will make various attempts to contact accountholders identified as landlords in the event of non-payment, you have options if contact cannot be made. With an identified landlord and tenant agreement in place, Entergy Arkansas will allow you to apply for service in your own name if separate metering is feasible.
